Inaugurated in the heart of Saronno, Torre Parko represents a new interpretation of concrete as a design material. The project, designed by PARK ASSOCIATI, transforms the tower into a volume capable of interacting with light, greenery, and the urban fabric. The façade features dynamic surfaces created using RECKLI 2/42 NAAB formliners, which give the concrete an elegant and vibrant vertical texture, designed to visually lighten the building's mass.
The prefabricated panels, produced by PROGRESS, were constructed with high-speed construction management: one complete floor every two weeks. The 75 cm ribs were obtained using RECKLI liquid rubber, ensuring regularity and high aesthetic quality across approximately 650 elements. The texture, visible from both far and close up, creates a continuous dialogue with natural light, highlighting the materiality of the concrete and the anodized aluminum details.
Thanks to the combination of technique and material research, Torre Parko unites structural function and architectural expression, fitting harmoniously into the transformation of the contemporary urban context.

In an industrial redevelopment area near the metro terminus, a commercial structure with an urban character was built. The entrance, with steel pillars that evoke a forest path, and the ventilated concrete facades convey modernity and sustainability. The architecture stands out from classic, standardized buildings thanks to the external envelope and tree-like canopies. The concrete panels with a “branch” effect were created from a milled wooden template, using a Reckli Pur-Elastomer liquid rubber casting to sculpt the texture.

Data storage, district heating, aesthetics: the new data center in the Frauenfeld barracks (canton of Thurgau, Switzerland) has a lot to offer. The building is primarily used for data storage by the Swiss Army and federal offices. The architects designed two building elements: an operations building for administration and a production module for computing power and data storage. Since the numerous servers produce heat, this is diverted and used as district heating for the adjacent Frauenfeld barracks. On the outside, the planners and client opted for a facade made of architectural concrete, which was made using a customised RECKLI matrix.

The new creative, production, research and experimentation hub of the well-known leather goods brand Furla has been built in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in the province of Florence, immersed in the Chianti hills, synonymous with tradition, culture, history and craftsmanship. The project, winner of the 10th Architizer A+Awards Prize for the “mixed use” category and a candidate for the 2022 Tuscan Architecture Award among new constructions, bears the signature of the well-known Friulian studio Geza Gri e Zucchi and was built on a turnkey basis by Baraclit. The complex was designed to integrate harmoniously into the chosen hillside site: the main entrance reflects the archetype of the entrances to Tuscan villas with a long row of cypress trees. Nature is present without interruption. The prefabricated walls in black concrete were made on standard Reckli 2/76 Nil (rust effect) and 2/81 Plafond (smooth effect) formliners.
